Valuation: This is the value of a property as given by a valuer.

Variable Rate: This is a loan or other transaction that had a variable interest rate that can change.

Venture Capital: Money made from investing in start-ups and other companies that need funding and have potential to grow or fail.

Vested: The right to use a portion of ones fund.

Viatical: An agreement or contract where a company will purchase the life insurance policy of a terminally ill person for less than its face value so they can benefit from the reduced funds while still alive.
